EXCHANGES & RETURNS

All items are thoroughly checked for quality and go through an extensive visual audit before shipping. In the event that you receive a product that is not up to your highest expectations, please contact customer care immediately at customercare@dashanddot.com or call us on +918860200066.

In shooting our product, we take the utmost care to accurately represent the colours, styling and details of the garment. However, we understand that there may be minor differences within computers in the how garment is presented. Please do keep this in mind when purchasing product on our website.

  • Items purchased at full price qualify for a return (refund against store credit) or exchange if:
    • Communicated within 7 days of receipt of the package
    • Item is returned with all labels and tags attached in original packaging
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return on garments after 7 days from receipt or items not in the same condition as you received them in.
  • Items purchased on sale, discounted, or using promotional codes are not eligible for refund. These may however be exchanged.
  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours from purchase so long as the item has not yet been shipped.
  • All garments will be quarantined for a period of 72 hours upon return. Once opened and inspected, the refund/exchange process will be initiated.
  • Refund will be issued within 7-15 days in the format of store credit.
  • We do our best to ensure the purchased garments reach you in a timely manner and are typically shipped within 1-3 working days. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, shipping times may be slower than usual. We request you to please keep that in mind when placing your order.
  • No returns or COD on customizations.
